Currently a PhD student at the INAF-OAR under the supervision of Dr. Alessandro Papitto, I am dedicating myself to the study of optical millisecond pulsar to better understand particle acceleration around these fascinating objects and to boost continuous gravitational waves searches. I graduated in the Master’s degree of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. My thesis, carried out under the supervision of Prof. Luigi Stella and Dr. Alessandro Papitto, was focused on advanced timing analysis of simultaneous observations in the X-ray band and in the optical band of the transitional millisecond pulsar PSR J1023 + 0038. I am also performing an analysis with Dr. Piergiorgio Casella regarding broadband spectra of the black hole transient MAXI J1836 – 194.
